This session is designed to provide a safe, supportive space to start your healing process and leave you with tools to take the next step forward. Your healing starts here. Cancellation Policy
Our Commitment at URNA: Reclaim Your Power At URNA: Reclaim Your Power, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and empowering coaching experience tailored to your growth and success. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless journey for all our clients. --- 1. Refund Policy: One-Time Sessions: - You’re eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least **48 hours before** your scheduled session. - For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows, refunds are unavailable. 5-Session Coaching Package: - If you need to cancel your package, refunds are available within **14 days of purchase**, provided the first session hasn’t been completed. - A **10% administrative fee** may apply to cover transaction costs. - Once the first session is completed, the package is non-refundable. --- 2. Late Arrival Policy: Respecting Everyone’s Time - If you arrive late to a session, we’ll do our best to make the most of the remaining time, but sessions will end as originally scheduled. - Arrivals later than **15 minutes without notice** will be considered a no-show. - In case of emergencies, we encourage you to contact us—we’ll always strive to accommodate your needs. --- 3. Session Expiry for Packages - To ensure your progress, coaching packages must be used within **3 months** of purchase. - Unused sessions after this period will expire, and refunds will not be provided. --- 4. Requesting a Refund We’re here to help if you need to request a refund. Simply email us at **urna224@gmail.com** with the following details: - Full name - Date of purchase - Reason for the refund request Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within **7–10 business days** of approval. --- 5. Confidentiality: Your Safe Space We deeply respect your privacy. All coaching sessions are **strictly confidential**. Any information shared will only be disclosed with your written consent or if required by law. --- 6. Technology Requirements for Virtual Sessions For the best experience during virtual sessions, please ensure: - A stable internet connection. - Access to the required platform.
